There are a number of ways to report an issue to support.

  1. The easiest way is to go to and post a message using the helpbot on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
  2. You can also email 
  3. If you are in the app trying to login there is a Report Issue link which will open the email application on your phone.
  4. Inside the Digital Health Passport app there is a support link in the side menu.
