If you are not able to get into the apps please try these steps in order.
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app by following this link on your phone: Google Play Store Apple App Store and checking for updates.
- Use the magic link to request a new link to log into the app. It may request an email first.
- Open the app using the magic link sent by sms.
- Copy and paste the OTP code also sent by sms. This step is only the first time you log into the app on a new device.
- You should be logged in and will be asked for a passcode / biometric to enter the app.
