If you are not able to get into the apps please try these steps in order.

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the app by following this link on your phone: Google Play Store  Apple App Store and checking for updates.
  2. Use the magic link to request a new link to log into the app. It may request an email first.
  3. Open the app using the magic link sent by sms.
  4. Copy and paste the OTP code also sent by sms. This step is only the first time you log into the app on a new device.
  5. You should be logged in and will be asked for a passcode / biometric to enter the app.
